Guests in February

In February, and not only thanks to the Carnival, we had our fill of guests.

In fact, in addition to Carnival in the city, guests are widely enjoyed throughout the island, and even its neighbour, the beautiful and green Santo Antao!

Thank Balthazar Sieders and Gerry  from Holland, Ruben Araujo from Portugal, Alberto and her friends from Spain, Wim Dierickx and Bram from Belgium.

Thanks to Helene, Paul, Renata and her friends, Cyrille and Alice, Catarina, Martine Mauras and her friends, Charles and his partner from France.

Thanks to Colin and his friend from Switzerland, Walkyria Castro and David from Brazil, Markus, and his partner Paul and Uli from Germany.

Finally thanks to Gabriel Austria, for helping with their donations to cover about 1000 euro for medical expenses in February, as well as funding of course the cost of rent and the cat shelter staff, for about 700 €!

Balthazar Sieders, arrived in Cape Verde cycling from South Africa, after a journey that lasted five years, during which he crossed 19 countries!

David, Brazilian, who after having enjoyed the Carnival in Mindelo, and Santo Antao Green, wanted to try the black beaches of Praia!

Ulli and Paul, Germany, in front of the hostel gate with our great Raivosa, the sweetest dog there.

The small Ea of Sarah Nelissen enjoy the sunset on the terrace of the hostel outbuilding not far from the center, where they will spend the next month in Sao Vicente!

Angel Star was the first visitor to our “new” terrace.
