Quemod

His Story

Hello, my name is Quemod, which means burned in Creole.

I think it’s a strong name that goes well with my personality.

Plus, it immediately tells volunteers about the scars I have, inside and out. I was rescued from an abuse situation by Simabo, where I was kept tight on a short leash under the sun. All-day, day after day, without seeing anyone.

I stoped keep counting, you know. I am not very used to people, so I need my space and pace to be respected.

But I can’t lie, I’m getting attached to the people I’ve been meeting, they are nice to me. Plus, I like to have the company of other dogs, it’s fun to explore together!
